Right to Information

If the user decides to sign up for our job opportunities, we will only request the necessary information in order to help communication between EPI GESTIÓN S.L. and the candidates, and also notify them about offers, courses, grants and any other event related to career development.

To this end, the candidates’ CV will be requested, which implies providing personal data such as: name, address, telephone number, email address, education, profession and any other details needed to manage our employment service. We will only hold this information for the aforementioned purposes, and within the proper legal framework.

EPI GESTIÓN S.L. has adopted all the technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the candidates’ personal information, and to prevent its alteration, loss or treatment, as well as any unauthorised access to it, taking into account the state of the technology used, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed (UE Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

Furthermore, the candidates authorise EPI GESTIÓN S.L. to access their personal data and CVs, in order to inform the candidates about specific job opportunities, according to their professional profiles.

Our candidate’s personal information is stored in a database property of EPI GESTIÓN S.L., which guarantees the necessary measures, both technical and structural, to keep the integrity and the security of the information provided.

The collected data will be processed lawfully, fairly and with transparency, according to the scope, purposes and specific services, explicit and legitimate, of EPI GESTIÓN S.L.

Right to access, Correct or update personal information

The User has the right to access this information, correct it if there is any mistake, and request erasure. In this last case, EPI GESTIÓN S.L. will automatically delete the information.
