Vision of the Role:
Person in charge of performing in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility the reception of customers and all related tasks.
- Execute the tasks of customer service at the reception.
- To carry out the formalities related to the occupation and sale of the rooms.
- Custody of the deposited valuables.
- To carry out billing and collection tasks.
- Receive and direct customer complaints to the corresponding services.
Essential: Degree in Tourism or similar. English and French language.
Desirable: High English and high German. Professional knowledge acquired in the performance of their duties equivalent to high or medium degree studies completed with extensive experience in the sector.
Essential: One year of experience in similar position.
Desirable: Knowledge of dynamic work environments, preferably hotels or areas with high volume of customer service (travel agencies, other reception centers that provide services).
