• Optimize and improve the communications network infrastructure.
• Provide solutions, improvements and ideas to be implemented throughout the department.
• Resolution of user incidents and prevent them from occurring again.
• Establish new policies for the use of technologies in the company both physically
as at the logical level.
Ensure the availability of the network and its services throughout the company as well as
offer users high work flow by detecting repetitive failures that occur and applying corrective solutions on them.
High degree in IT
