The role is to execute strategies that increase the rate of repeat guests providing value in its stay and experiences. You will be familiar with the VIP guest programs, supervising before and after their stay, their experience and promoting brand loyalty and direct sales.
Studies / Training:
Essential: Professional training in Hospitality or similar.
Desirable: knowledge in CRM, experience design, public relations ...
Essential: minimum of 3 years in hotel operating areas.
Desirable: knowledge of the concierge area, PR, reception, ...
- Results orientation and overcoming obstacles.
- English and Spanish mandatory. Other languages ??depending on the destination of the hotel will be valued as German or French.
- High commercial and communication skills.
- Organized and with high planning.
- Assertiveness and empathy.
- Previous experience with CRM models.
- Effective time management.
