As Maitre D’ you will be the person in charge of planning and supervising the restaurant and bar service of the establishment. The establishment offers an à la carte restaurant, theme, buffet and the offer of bars for guests of the all-inclusive concept. You will manage equipment in each of the points of sale and you will be responsible for the level of quality and service offered and received by guests.
Essential: Average degree in hospitality or similar. English and high Spanish. Good level of German and French valued.
Desirable: Training in cocktails or oenology.
Essential: Two years of minimum experience in high demanding hotels. Knowledge of the different type of service (buffet, menu ...)
Desirable: Operation knowledge of all-inclusive establishments.
